Job summary

McCallum Disability Services Inc. in Ballarat is seeking a support supervisor/delivery driver for our Linen operations.

The role offers either full-time or part-time opportunities and involves collecting and delivering linen to hotels and Airbnb listings across Ballarat, Daylesford, Hepburn and the Wimmera region. You will manage driving schedules and guide supported employees to complete tasks safely, while fostering independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• Victorian Driver's License
• NDIS Check

• Sound knowledge of Ballarat area and surrounds

Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a support supervisor/delivery driver to join our Ballarat Linen operations.

Full-time or Part-time Opportunity

About the Role:

Work with a supported employee to collect and deliver linen to the 450+ Hotels and Airbnb's we service across Ballarat, Daylesford, Hepburn and the Wimmera region

Follow a driving schedule, assessing the order of travel and time of arrival at customer sites

Mentor and guide people with disabilities to give them confidence to complete tasks safely and within their skill set.

To be Successful in the Role you will have the following:

• Victorian Drivers License
