Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Services team in Ballarat. This casual role offers morning and evening shifts across 7 days.

You will provide domestic duties, meal support, and follow care plans while maintaining professional communication and mandatory screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support role.
• Availability for a range of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC required.
• Own car with a valid driver’s licence preferred.

What Do You Need?

• Experience in a similar Disability Support role and relevant qualifications
• Availability and flexibility to accept a range of shifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
• Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
• Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed

All applicants must be willing to provide the relevant mandatory training and screening clearances and complete required online training modules and induction sessions.
