You will align Sales, Delivery, Finance, and vendor stakeholders to ensure competitive offerings and sustainable revenue growth across SDIS and related services.

The role focuses on renewals, commercial readiness, and market adoption of SDIS offerings, with success measured by revenue growth, renewal retention, and margin attainment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in services/MSS with proven revenue growth and renewals expertise.
• Experience leading teams and driving commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and commercial positioning for Support Services across market segments.
• Drive revenue expansion through pricing, packaging, and market penetration initiatives.
• Lead renewals strategy, governance, and team performance for installed base contracts.
• Define and maintain SS service offers, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms.
