Qualifications

• 8+ years in services/MSS with proven revenue growth
• Experience in renewals and leading teams
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and commercial positioning for Support Services across market segments
• Drive revenue expansion through pricing optimisation and market penetration initiatives
• Oversee renewals strategy, governance, and annuity retention
• Define and maintain SS service offers, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with Delivery, Operations, and Finance to ensure margin-accretive offers
• Develop sales collateral, ROI models, and competitive positioning for SS/SDIS
• Monitor SDIS adoption, pipeline, and revenue performance
