Job summary

NTT DATA Australia is seeking a Support Services Lead to drive growth, enablement, and commercial readiness for the SS business line. You will coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Finance, and vendors to ensure competitive offerings and sustainable revenue growth across Australia.

You will oversee renewals, manage annuity opportunities, and lead GTM initiatives for SDIS services, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in services/MSS or equivalent.
• Proven revenue growth, renewals and commercial capability.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and commercial positioning for Support Services across market segments.
• Drive revenue expansion via pricing, positioning and market penetration.
• Lead renewals strategy and annuity retention for installed base.
• Define and maintain SS service offers, pricing, SLAs and terms.
• Enable SDIS adoption in Australia with market-ready products.
• Develop enablement for sales, presales, and delivery teams.
• Provide governance on revenue, profitability, renewals and SDIS metrics.
