NTT DATA Australia is seeking a Support Services Lead to own growth, enablement, and operational excellence of the Support Services business. You will drive market expansion, renewals, and commercial readiness, coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Global Product teams to ensure services are competitive and margin-accretive.

• 8+ years in services/MSS with a proven revenue growth track record.

• Own growth strategy and commercial positioning for Support Services across market segments.
• Drive revenue expansion through pricing, packaging and market penetration initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate new SS service offerings and commercial models.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
• Oversee renewals strategy, governance, and team performance for the installed base across support services contracts.
• Build and lead a renewals team (Renewals Manager, Renewal CSMs) to drive annuity retention and expansion.
