NTT DATA Australia is seeking a Support Services Lead to drive growth, enablement and commercial readiness for the SS business line. You will own the growth strategy, oversee renewals and annuities, and coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Operations and Finance to ensure margin and market competitiveness.

Based in Brisbane with hybrid working, you will lead a Renewals team, model offers and pricing, and enable SDIS adoption across Australia, measuring success by revenue growth, renewal conversions

• Experience: 8+ years in services/MSS with revenue growth track record.
• Renewals expertise and team leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

• Own growth strategy and commercial positioning for SS across market segments.
• Drive revenue expansion through pricing optimization and market penetration initiatives.
• Lead Renewals Team and manage annuities.
