NTT DATA Australia is seeking a Support Services Lead to drive growth, renewals excellence, and commercial readiness for the Support Services (SS) business line. You will coordinate closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations and Finance to position services for sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires defining offers, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms, enabling the sales team, and steering SDIS adoption across Australia. Strong leadership and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.

Formación

• Experience: 8+ years in services/MSS with revenue growth and renewals expertise
• Skills: strategic thinking, stakeholder management, pricing and commercial acumen
• Mindset: customer-centric, ownership, collaborative leadership
• Ability to define and maintain service offers, SLAs, and commercial terms
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Operations, Finance and vendors

Responsabilidades

• Own the growth strategy and commercial positioning for Support Services across market segments
• Drive revenue expansion through pricing optimization and market penetration
• Lead renewals strategy, governance, and renewal team to drive annuity retention
• Define and maintain SS service offers with pricing, SLAs, and terms
• Lead SDIS market growth, enablement and local launch planning in Australia
• Develop enablement sessions for sales, presales, client success and delivery teams
• Provide operational support to Delivery teams on delivery excellence and cost management
• Coordinate vendor relationships and backout policies to align with objectives
• Escalate local market requirements and feedback to inform global strategy
