About the opportunity

We're seeking passionate and proactive coordinators to join our team in Central-West NSW. In this role, you'll support NDIS participants to live more independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their community.

We seek to employ people who reflect the diversity of our customers to ensure we can support each customer's individual needs and goals. By building a diverse and inclusive team, we can better deliver person-centred support that empowers individuals while maintaining their dignity, safety, and wellbeing.

We are currently seeking a full-time employee with a relevant bachelors degree for this position, however for the right applicant we would consider a part-time basis.

About you

We're looking for people who:

Are passionate about delivering person-centred supports that make a genuine difference in participants' lives.

Are able to build and maintain strong repport with customers and relevant stakeholders alike.

Are experienced in the Support Coordination space.

Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Communicate clearly and professionally with participants, families, and other stakeholders.

Have a strong understanding of the NDIS and experience supporting participants to achieve their goals.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of skills, experience, and passion to our team:

Relevant experience working within the community sector.

Ability to manage time to address competing priorities.

Comfortable using technology (mobile apps and desktop software).

A focus on encouraging independence, capacity building, and the development of new skills.

Ability to maintain professional working relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.

Commitment to empowering customers to plan and achieve their goals.

What an average day might include

Advocating for customers needs and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide personalised support.

Keeping accurate customer records and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Collaborating with stakeholders and creating a cohesive team around each customer.

Regularly documenting and reporting as required by the agency.

Monitoring risk and implimenting safeguards to ensure high quality supports are delivered.

Regular contact with customers and stakeholders via various modes.

Promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that respects eachcustomer's rights, dignity, and choices.

Current NDIS worker Check (or willing to obtain)

Current Working with Children Check

Unrestricted working in Australia Rights

Valid Driver's license and access to reliable vehicle

Current First Aid + CPR Certificate (HLTAID011/12 + HLTAID009)
