Ideal candidates have 2+ years of NDIS Support Coordination experience, strong understanding of the NDIS, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a current background check.

• Strong understanding of the NDIS.

• Person-centred and solutions-focused approach.
• Level 1 or Level 2 Support Coordination experience highly regarded.

You’ll build strong relationships with participants, families and support networks, coordinate quality supports, monitor outcomes and help make navigating the NDIS easier.

About you:

• 2+ years’ NDIS Support Coordination or similar experience

• Level 1 or Level 2 Support Coordination experience highly regarded

Essential:

NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Driver Licence, reliable vehicle and Australian working rights.
