Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior supply chain technology role in Australia. You will provide Level 2/3 support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related systems, manage BAU incidents, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.

You will gather requirements for system enhancements, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise warehouse, transport, and fulfilment processes through technology solutions. A hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 2/3 support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS and related supply chain apps.
• Proven BAU incident management and problem resolution experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and fulfilment processes.
• Experience with ITIL environments, integrations, ERP platforms, and APIs desirable.
• Exposure to SQL, reporting, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain systems.
• Manage BAU incidents, service requests, root cause investigations, and problem resolution activities.
• Monitor application performance, identify system issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain technology platforms.
• Work with business stakeholders to optimise warehouse, transportation, inventory, and fulfilment processes through technology solutions.
• Support and maintain MuleSoft integrations between supply chain applications, ERP systems, and external partners.
• Assist with testing activities including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, process maps, and knowledge articles.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience supporting and administering Blue Yonder and supply chain applications
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment processes
• Proven BAU enterprise application support and incident management experience
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement, business partnering, and requirements gathering skills
• Experience with ITIL environments, integrations, ERP platforms, and APIs desirable
• Exposure to SQL, reporting, cloud platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies preferred
