We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst – Supply Chain to join our IT Supply Chain team and play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the technology that underpins our supply chain and warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of key supply chain applications, including SAP ERP logistics modules, Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump), and a range of integrated third‑party technologies.
Working closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, vendors, and IT teams, you will lead functional solution design, manage system enhancements and small‑to‑medium projects, and provide expert support for business‑critical applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring systems continue to meet operational, quality, and service level expectations.
