Job summary

Komatsu Australia in Sydney is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Specialist/Analyst to join our Supply Chain Performance & Innovation team in Sydney. You’ll align supply chain processes with technology solutions to improve efficiency, system performance and the way our teams work.

You’ll collaborate across Supply Chain, BTS and technology partners, gaining exposure to systems, analytics, process improvement and change initiatives, including MRP and Supply Chain Visibility enhancements and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support the alignment of supply chain systems with operational requirements.
• Serve as service owner for SVG, B2Wise and supply chain automation tools.
• Assist with MRP and Supply Chain Visibility improvements, including change reviews and testing.
• Analyze user and process gaps and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Maintain process maps, data flows, system documentation and training materials.
• Assist with business cases and scoping system enhancements.
• Work closely with Supply Chain teams, BTS, application vendors and other stakeholders.
