Job summary

SF Express Australia, part of SF International’s global network, seeks a Supply Chain Project & Key Account Coordinator who speaks Chinese and English to support strategic clients and internal teams from our Sydney base.

You will coordinate daily operations, manage inbound/outbound logistics, and drive process improvements to meet service levels. This role offers growth toward end-to-end project ownership in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics / supply chain / 3PL / freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Interest in developing into a client-facing, project ownership role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact point between strategic clients and internal operations teams.
• Coordinate and follow up on daily operational issues (inbound, outbound, delivery, exceptions).
• Ensure service quality meets client expectations and internal KPIs.
• Support issue resolution by aligning customer needs with operational capabilities.
• Liaise closely with internal teams including warehousing, transport, and customer service.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as logistics vendors and service providers.
• Facilitate clear and efficient communication to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
• Participate in client onboarding and project implementation.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller-scale accounts or projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Support & Coordination

• Act as a key contact point between strategic clients and internal operations teams




• Coordinate and follow up on daily operational issues (inbound, outbound, delivery, exceptions)




• Ensure service quality meets client expectations and internal KPIs




• Support issue resolution by aligning customer needs with operational capabilities

2. Cross-functional Communication

• Liaise closely with internal teams including warehousing, transport, and customer service




• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as logistics vendors and service providers




• Facilitate clear and efficient communication to ensure smooth end-to-end execution

3. Operational Support & Process Improvement

• Assist in monitoring operational performance and identifying improvement opportunities




• Support SOP optimisation and workflow enhancements




• Contribute to improving service consistency and customer satisfaction

4. Project Exposure & Development

• Participate in client onboarding and project implementation




• Gradually take ownership of smaller-scale accounts or projects




• Develop capability to manage end-to-end logistics solutions independently

Key Requirements / Skills

Experience in logistics / supply chain / 3PL / freight forwarding is preferred

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Interest in developing into a client-facing, project ownership role

A formal qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics will be considered a strong advantage

Experience in project management or coordination roles will be considered an advantage

Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred due to frequent communication with HQ and regional teams.
