Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company in Sydney is seeking a Supply Chain Business Data Manager based at the North Ryde office to safeguard master data, EDI, and ERP alignment. You will partner with business and IT teams to deliver data-driven improvements and lead change initiatives across the supply chain.

You will own end-to-end data governance, drive process improvements, and oversee project delivery while mentoring end users and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain role managing projects, data and systems.
• Experience delivering Supply Chain projects, ideally in FMCG or retail environments.
• Passionate about supply chain with credibility across disciplines.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to prioritise, manage work activities, meet deadlines and report effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• End to end accountability for Master Data, EDI, and aligning business and IT to deliver outcomes.
• Establish and enforce data standards, accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder approval.
• Drive continuous improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance system performance.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for supply chain process evolution.
• Lead EDI program development and rollout with key stakeholders.
• Govern projects to ensure SOPs are up to date and support go-live and post go-live capacity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs, develop requirements and train end users.
