Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, managing projects, data and systems in a complex environment.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail environments is preferred.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple activities and develop reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering solutions with agile methodologies and tools.

We currently have an opportunity within our Supply Chain team for a Supply Chain Business Data Manager. This key role is responsible for safeguarding the integrity, efficiency, and reliability of all processes and systems of Master Data, EDI and bringing together the broader business and IT teams to ensure Supply Chain business Systems are best aligned to deliver business outcomes.

Based in our North Ryde Support Office and reporting to the GM of Replenishment and Planning, this role will be instrumental in supporting our MDM and ERP Implementation and facilitating change whilst providing training and support to end users.

What You’ll Do

You Will Have Ownership Of Projects And Delivery Including

  • End to end accountability for the effective management of Master Data, EDI and bringing together the Business and IT teams to ensure Supply chain business systems are suited to deliver business outcomes
  • Integrity & Oversight: Establish and enforce standards that guarantee accuracy, compliance, and across all project touchpoints. Ensure that solutions are sustainable and approved by all stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance system performance, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for supply chain process evolution, aligning with business objectives and future growth.
  • EDI: lead the EDI program development and implementation of all other stakeholders related to rollout and key service measures.
  • Projects: Govern the team’s role in supporting internal Project to ensure that SOP’s are complete and up to date, the team are capable of delivering their role over go live and lead post go live prioritisation and capacity management
  • Change Management: Work with business Stakeholders and Change Leaders to define needs and develop requirements and tool specifications and work with the IT teams to produce/implement solutions whilst training and supporting end users.

Qualifications

About You

You are an experienced Supply Chain professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring strong judgement, deep expertise and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed model.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain, team with experience in managing projects, data and systems in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in delivering various Supply Chain projects, ideally in FMCG or retail environments
  • Passionate about supply chain and able to build credibility across a range of disciplines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to inspire and influence teams and senior leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize, assign and manage work activities, meet deadlines and develop reporting in a timely and effective manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering solutions using agile methodologies and tools.
