Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company is seeking a Supply Chain Business Data Manager in North Ryde to safeguard Master Data, EDI, and ERP alignment across Supply Chain systems. You will lead data integrity initiatives and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires experience in data governance, ERP implementations, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. North Ryde office, with a focus on change management and end-user training.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, managing projects, data and systems in a complex environment.
• Experience in FMCG or retail environments is preferred.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple activities and develop reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience delivering solutions with agile methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Master Data and EDI management, aligning business and IT.
• Establish data standards, ensure accuracy and compliance across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and improve system performance.
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for supply chain process evolution.
• Lead EDI program development and stakeholder rollout.
• Govern project delivery, keep SOPs up to date, manage go-live readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to define needs and enable training.
