Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality support to suppliers using the CAPlink system. This role involves managing supplier accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining timely communication for efficient processing.

Ideal candidates will have an understanding of accounting principles, intermediate skills in MS Excel, and previous customer service experience. Our hybrid work policy allows flexibility with two days working from home, alongside inclusive benefits to support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills are essential.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in call centers, is preferred.
• Administrative experience in account reconciliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to Suppliers using the CAPlink system.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts for Suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries effectively.
• Deliver first-point-of-contact resolution for supplier enquiries.

Skills

Understanding of accounting principles
