You’ll provide personal protection quotes, generate certificates of currency, process protections and endorsements, and manage memberships. Strong MS Office skills, call centre experience, and excellent communication are essential to succeed in a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Provide personal protection quotes for members.
• Work within our Risk Services Call Centre.
• Generate certificate of currency for members.
• Process adjustments to member protections and endorsements.
• Process memberships.
• Manage a high-volume inbox with competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Risk Sales to resolve issues.
