Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a Marketing Systems & Operations Analyst to connect our marketing, technology and external partners to deliver fit-for-purpose systems and streamlined processes. You’ll identify operational pain points, translate business needs into practical solutions and support the implementation and adoption of Martech platforms.

You’ll also improve process documentation, support reporting, guide procurement activities and build capability across the team through training and knowledge

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing operations, systems analysis or business process improvement.
• Strong CRM, Martech and marketing workflow expertise.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear system and process requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams, business users and vendors.

Responsibilities
