Capricorn is looking for a dedicated team member to provide ongoing support to suppliers using the CAPlink system in Western Australia. Your role involves ensuring the accurate reconciliation of accounts, maintaining supplier data, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, administrative skills, and customer service experience, particularly in a call center environment. Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting principles is essential.
• Intermediate level of MS Excel skills required.
• Experience in customer service and call centers preferred.
• Administrative skills with experience in account reconciliation are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to suppliers using the CAPlink system.
• Monitor supplier data submissions and run regular reports.
• Maintain and update supplier account details for accuracy.
• Deliver timely resolution for supplier enquiries.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Analyse supplier reporting to identify and address irregularities.
• Investigate and validate credits on member accounts.
• Process invoices and credits within Epicor.

Skills

Understanding of accounting principles

Intermediate skill in the use of MS Excel

Customer Service experience particularly in a call centre

Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent
