Compass Group Pty Limited in Melbourne is seeking an Events & Functions Supervisor for a casual position with room for growth. You will manage premium events including weddings, high-end functions and corporate gatherings, across indoor and outdoor spaces.

The role requires leading a team, strong hospitality operations knowledge, hygiene standards, and flexibility across weekends and varied shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to progress within Compass Group and work in inspiring

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation.
• Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards and allergen management.
• Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
• Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality.
• Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Dynamic role that will work across multiple retail and events, both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Taking the lead in an array of event types including conferencing, kid’s parties, sit down and cocktail events.
• Training and developing junior staff members and providing support to management during larger scale events.
• End to end function experience and providing support to our sales team with end of event reporting.
• Outstanding customer service to our valued clients and guests, ensuring their needs during events are met.
• Ensuring event spaces and equipment are looked after and well maintained.

$31.31 + 25% Casual Loading
