Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Full-time Corporate Food and Beverage Supervisor based in Sydney. You will lead F&B operations in a premium environment, manage rostering and guest services, and coordinate with housekeeping and night concierge teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on high standards, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. RSA and Food Safety certifications are preferred, with eligibility for visa/work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• RSA and Food Safety certifications or ability to obtain
• National Police Check or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage in a premium service environment

We are currently searching for a polished Corporate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team based at the H.C. Coombs Centre Kirribilli! Be responsible for leading Food & Beverage operations while supporting Housekeeping and Night Concierge functions. The role offers a diverse mix of people leadership, rostering, training, guest service and operational management within a premium conference and accommodation environment.

THE POSITION

• Oversee your team and lead from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standards
• Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings and oversee Boardroom and Café operations
• People leadership, guest service, administration and operational management
• Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

THE PERSON

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, conferencing, accommodation, food service or a related service environment
Experience managing and coordinating staff across multiple operational areas
• Experience working in compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Computer literacy, including email and basic administrative systems
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• RSA certified,Food Safety certification (or ability to obtain)
• National Police Check or able to obtain one
