Compass Group Pty Limited, operating as Levy, is seeking a Senior Event Manager in Melbourne to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of premium events across iconic venues.

You will manage client relationships from briefing to post-event review, develop run sheets, budgets and staffing plans, and collaborate with culinary, operations and venue teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Senior Event Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing premium hospitality, large-scale events, stadium, convention centre or venue operations.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and people management capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• A passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of a diverse portfolio of premium events, ensuring exceptional delivery, client satisfaction and commercial outcomes. Working closely with venue partners, clients, culinary teams and operational leaders, you will be instrumental in bringing major events to life.

You will bring:

• Experience managing premium hospitality, large-scale events, stadium, convention centre or venue operations.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and people management capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
