Compass Group Pty Limited seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor for a premium corporate client in Sydney CBD. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar capacity, RSA certificate, and strong leadership in hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role, ideally within corporate, events, conferencing, or hospitality environment.
• Experience leading and supervising hospitality teams, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
• Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage bookings and event requirements.
• Commitment to food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times.
• A flexible and hands-on approach, willing to support all aspects of event and service delivery.
• Current RSA Certificate (essential)
• Barista skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Sydney, CBD!

THE POSITION
