Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for Fernbrooke State School. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 10:06pm, near Fernbrooke. You will support the Facility Supervisor and help maintain a clean, hygienic school environment for students and staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial cleaning or facilities roles, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a Blue Card; training and career progression are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar role in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities type role.
• Good communication skills and flexible approach.
• Must be able to obtain a Blue Card and undertake medical and drug/alcohol tests.

The Position

• Cleaning Supervisor Fernbrooke State School
• Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 10:06pm
• Provide guidance to cleaning team in all aspects of their role under general supervision of Facility Supervisor
• Contribute to efficient and effective operation and environment of school facilities
• At the completion of training and induction, the cleaning supervisor is capable of leading a team in support of the Facility Supervisor & utilising a range of materials and equipment to clean a range of surfaces in order to restore or maintain facilities and equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.

The Person

• Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment OR Facilities type role
• A great work ethic and ability to learn
• Physically fit, fun and able
• Good communication skills with a flexible approach
• Essential: Must be able to obtain a Blue Card, undertake Functional medical with Drug and Alcohol Test
