Job summary

Delta Facilities Management is seeking a Cleaner for the Lavarack Barracks location in Townsville. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with no weekend work, operating specialised cleaning equipment and cleaning premises and equipment, including high-level areas.

Police check and a medical with drug and alcohol testing are required. Candidates should hold Australian citizenship, a valid driver’s license with reliable transport, and experience in cleaning or housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Hold full Australian citizenship due to the secure nature of the site.
• Hold a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the base.
• Experience in a similar position as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Chemical handling experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• A positive attitude and friendly attitude.
