Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with an established residential builder in South Brisbane to appoint a Site Supervisor. The role oversees a mix of low-set and high-set detached homes, with a focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will manage the project from site commencement to handover, coordinating trades, suppliers and the internal team to ensure timely delivery within budget. Experience in both investment and owner-occupied projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.
• A current QBCC licence relevant to the role.
• Experience managing detached residential homes, ideally across both low-set and high-set builds.
• Exposure to investment and owner-occupied construction projects.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising low-set and high-set detached residential homes across South Brisbane.
• Managing a mix of investment and owner-occupied builds.
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain construction schedules.
• Monitoring site progress, quality control and workmanship throughout each stage of construction.

• Maintaining communication with clients, trades and internal stakeholders.

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with an established residential builder?

We are partnering with a respected residential construction company seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee a mix of low-set and high-set detached homes across South Brisbane.

This role offers a varied workload across both investment properties and owner-occupied homes, giving you the opportunity to manage a diverse range of residential builds while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

The Opportunity As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of your projects from site commencement through to completion and handover. You will work closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal construction team to ensure each home is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
