Altus Traffic on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Supervisor to lead on-road teams, oversee client projects, and ensure compliance with safety and fleet management standards.

You will supervise Traffic Controllers, drive performance, conduct site audits, and build strong client relationships while coordinating with the SEQ Operations Manager to optimise day-to-day operations.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage field operations.
• Supervise Traffic Controllers and site management activities.
• Conduct performance and training meetings for staff.
• Manage signage, uniforms and inventory for projects.
• Meet KPIs through site audits and promote safety culture.
• Schedule works and foster excellent customer service.
