Job summary

CleanCo Queensland is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist to manage SuccessFactors, drive HRIS improvements, and oversee employee lifecycle processes. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with oversight, coordinating with external vendors when needed and supporting changes driven by new Enterprise Agreements.

You’ll operate in Brisbane with a three-day office, two-day home hybrid model and bring strong collaboration, communication and leadership to the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring SuccessFactors in a complex environment.
• Experience leading or delivering HRIS improvement initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Practical understanding of P&C operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to translate system requirements into clear configuration or vendor instructions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated collaboration and leadership to support others.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors, including configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
• Triage HRIS tickets and determine internal fixes vs. vendor escalation.
• Lead system changes from discovery to testing for new Enterprise Agreements.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including inductions and letters.
• Ensure SuccessFactors integrates with SAP Payroll and downstream processes.
• Lead shared services activities and provide practical leadership to the P&C Coordinator.
• Bring structure to system discovery, documentation and backlog management.
