Job summary

CleanCo Queensland is hiring a People & Culture Operations Specialist in Brisbane to manage and optimise SuccessFactors, ensuring it is well-configured and fit for purpose as Enterprise Agreements roll out.

You will balance hands-on delivery with oversight, triage HRIS tickets, and lead system changes from discovery through testing, supporting employee lifecycle processes and integration with SAP Payroll.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SuccessFactors in a complex environment.
• Experience leading or delivering HRIS improvement initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Practical understanding of P&C operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Confidence interpreting system requirements and translating them into clear configuration or vendor instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, verbally, or visually with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or supporting others, with a collaborative and grounded leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors, including configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
• Triage and resolve HRIS tickets, identifying what can be fixed internally and what needs to be escalated to external vendors.
• Lead system changes driven by new or updated Enterprise Agreements, from discovery through to implementation and testing.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including inductions, system set-up, employee letters and position changes.
• Ensure SuccessFactors integrates effectively with SAP Payroll and downstream processes.
• Lead and support shared services activities such as higher duties, employee changes and lifecycle correspondence.
• Provide practical leadership to the P&C Coordinator, while remaining hands-on during peak periods or leave coverage.
• Bring structure to system discovery, documentation and backlog management where technical history is limited.
