Job summary

Enemix, in partnership with a trusted infrastructure advisory business, seeks a Project Manager to lead substations and transmission projects in New South Wales. You will manage delivery from initiation to handover, balancing technical and commercial responsibilities and building long-term client relationships.

You will work with a team of engineers and specialists, drive stakeholder engagement, and contribute to business development in the New Energy division, delivering high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience in substations and high-voltage transmission projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects during the construction phase in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Solid understanding of the New South Wales market with strong professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivering substation and transmission projects from initiation through to completion and handover.
• Manage program schedules, costs, and multidisciplinary project interfaces.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and collaboration.
• Represent the organization in key stakeholder engagements with clients, communities, and industry partners.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
