Job summary

Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects across SA, including substations and renewable energy works. Based on site, you will own work packages from planning to handover, providing technical leadership to engineers and coordinating with PMs, subcontractors and clients.

The role requires tertiary Electrical Engineering qualifications, extensive project delivery experience, and strong risk,

Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience owning significant work packages and providing technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and constructability.
• Experience mentoring Project Engineers and Site Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead short and medium-term planning, look-ahead and resource coordination.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractor activities.
• Provide technical leadership across design coordination and interfaces.
• Manage costs, productivity, variations and project risks.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections and commissioning.
• Ensure WHS, environmental and client requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Mentor and guide Project Engineers and Graduate Engineers.
