Enemix Melbourne seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead a major substation construction project in rural Victoria. You will oversee site-based delivery from mobilisation to handover, manage programme, cost, quality, and safety, and coordinate electrical, civil, and structural works.

The role requires 5–8 years in energy infrastructure project management, a strong electrical background, EPC contracting experience, and the ability to work in a rural site-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of project management experience in transmission and distribution or energy infra.
• Strong electrical background with knowledge of civil and structural works.
• Proven EPC contracting experience.
• Substation project experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to work effectively in a rural, site-based environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work on roster-based schedule or Monday–Friday, depending on preference.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site-based delivery of substation construction from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, quality, and safety across all fronts.
• Coordinate electrical, civil, and structural scopes of work.
• Act as the key contact for client and stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors and supply chain for timely progression.
• Identify and resolve risks to avoid delays and support commissioning.
