Job summary

Prime Creative Media is seeking a detail-oriented Subscriptions Officer to join our Melbourne team. This hands-on admin role ensures publications reach the right people at the right time, maintaining mailing lists, coordinating with suppliers and supporting distribution of magazines and communications.

You'll work with data and spreadsheets, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth distribution.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with accuracy
• Experience working with data and spreadsheets preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a publishing/administration role

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and manage mailing lists for accurate distribution.
• Work with Excel to organise subscription and distribution data.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to produce and distribute materials on time.
• Coordinate ad hoc mailouts and other distribution tasks.
• Check and maintain records, resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support publication schedules and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion.
