Job summary

Nine Publishing is seeking a Client Success Executive in Sydney to onboard corporate subscriptions across print and digital platforms, ensuring timely access to publications and effective post-sale support.

You will manage existing accounts, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot access issues, and maintain client data with Salesforce while driving upsell opportunities in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client servicing within fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for positive client experiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying upsell opportunities.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and onboard corporate subscription clients across print and digital platforms.
• Manage and renew existing accounts within the Team Licence portfolio; identify upsell opportunities.
• Respond to inbound/outbound customer inquiries with clear, timely support.
• Troubleshoot technical and access issues for online subscriptions; provide general client care.
• Deliver ongoing post-sale administration by updating client details, user access, and publication preferences.
• Maintain high data quality in Salesforce and compile reports on interactions and satisfaction.
