Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure is seeking a Submissions Lead / Writer based in Sydney or Brisbane to drive high-quality, compliant submissions for major infrastructure and utilities projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support pursuits within our Pre-Contracts team.

Lead writing plans and review meetings, shape persuasive content, and prepare EOIs and tenders that reflect the company’s capability and value proposition.

Qualificações

• Experience in submissions, proposals or bid writing within infrastructure.
• Qualifications in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to craft persuasive proposals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Leadership in bid review meetings and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborative approach to cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of high-quality submissions for major infrastructure projects.
• Write, edit and shape content with bid managers and leaders across the business.
• Prepare EOIs and tenders, sharpening messaging and ensuring submissions reflect the company’s capability and value proposition.
• Lead bid processes including schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
• Capture knowledge and manage content to ensure submissions are consistent, compliant and competitive.
