Seymour Whyte, a VINCI company, is seeking a Submissions Manager to join our National Pre-Contracts team in Brisbane. At Seymour Whyte, we're looking for an experienced Submissions Manager to join our National Pre-Contracts team in Brisbane. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects by creating high-quality submissions that showcase who we are and what we do best.
As a Submissions Manager, you'll lead the preparation, coordination and delivery of tender submissions, expressions of interest, award submissions and other business development materials. You'll collaborate with technical experts, project teams and business leaders to develop persuasive, well-structured submissions that are professional, compliant and tailored to client requirements.
No two days are the same. One day you might be leading a tender kick-off workshop, and the next you're shaping a winning project story, mentoring junior team members or developing innovative ways to improve our submissions process.
We're seeking someone who combines exceptional writing ability with strong project coordination skills.
