Job summary

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Australian education providers and courses will be highly regarded.
• Must hold valid Australian work rights for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on suitable education options, courses, and institutions.
• Handle enquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients and convert enquiries into applications.
• Achieve individual and team sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with education providers and follow up on application outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Identify potential issues and elevate them to the appropriate team members.
