Job summary

Asia Pacific Group is seeking an Education Counsellor to guide students through Australian study opportunities, courses, and pathways in Australia. You will work closely with migration and education teams to provide end-to-end solutions and contribute to expanding the Perth branch.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and the initiative to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor.
• Strong understanding of Australian education and migration pathways.
• Basic working knowledge of the Australian education system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, handle challenges, and work independently.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team building and business development.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on education opportunities, courses, and pathways in Australia.
• Guide students through the application and admission process with universities/colleges.
• Work closely with migration and education teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's client base and visibility in Perth.
• Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of counsellors and support staff.
• Meet business targets while ensuring high-quality client service standards.
