Job summary

PFEC Global in Sydney invites a motivated Reception & Sales Administrator to join our team. You will manage the front desk, welcome students and clients, and support the Sales and Education Counselling teams with admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in reception or admin, and strong communication skills. Experience in education or student services is an advantage, and a friendly, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in reception/administration/customer service or sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience in education or student services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and reception area of the Sydney branch.
  • Welcome and assist students, clients, visitors and other stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments and support day-to-day branch activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Education Counselling team.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation and CRM updates.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities and general administration.
  • Coordinate with building management, suppliers and service providers when required.
  • Ensure the office and reception area are well organised and professionally maintained.
  • Support branch events and other operational activities as required.
