Job summary

Barry’s Australia is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day studio operations, supervise the team, and ensure a premier client experience. You will drive class attendance, manage retail, and partner with the corporate team to hit targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a management role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a management role.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of industry legal rules and guidelines.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Studio and Retail Management: Drive class attendance and satisfaction goals in studio, in order to hit monthly targets.
• Lead direct selling to clients in studio including supporting visual merchandising and retail management.
• Support local community marketing initiatives to attract new clients and opportunities specific to the neighbourhood.
• Support Leadership Team with implementing marketing strategies.
• Analyse attendance and provide insights to executives and teams.
• Manage studio accounting needs and utilise financial reports to identify opportunities to drive revenue.
• Supervise front desk staff and handle product sales and service needs.
• Coordinate facility schedules to maximise usage and efficiency.
• Assist with recruitment and staff development.
