Body Fit Training is Australia’s newest and most advanced group training methodology. The Studio Manager will oversee our Trainers, own the member training experience, and work closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver the studio’s growth and profitability aspirations.

This role requires you to split time between leading 50-minute workouts on the gym floor and handling administrative duties, with opportunities for career development within a growing studio cluster.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fitness studio or team.
• Cert 4 in Fitness and Fitness Registration are required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Trainers and the member training experience.
• Close sales and recruit new members.
