Job summary

XLAB Pilates & PT Studio in Sydney, NSW, seeks a proactive Studio Manager to oversee the client journey from enquiry to membership, grow Pilates and PT services, and ensure smooth studio operations.

You will work with owners and instructors to identify opportunities, implement systems, and continually improve the member experience, focusing on acquisition, retention, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert incoming leads into intro offers, memberships, Pilates classes and personal training
• Proactively follow up new enquiries and prospective clients
• Follow up clients after intro offers and encourage conversion into ongoing memberships
• Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming studio community
• Monitor client attendance and proactively contact members who have disengaged or stopped attending
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and membership growth
• Identify opportunities to grow our personal training and private Pilates offering
• Help optimise the class timetable based on client demand and studio performance
• Develop and improve studio systems and processes to better meet client needs
• Manage client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the member experience
