Job summary

Intimately You Boudoir Studio Pty Ltd in Brookvale, NSW is seeking a confident Studio Manager to own the client experience from arrival to purchase, guide sales conversations and ensure the studio runs smoothly.

Studio Manager – Client Experience & Sales

Intimately You Boudoir Studio Pty Ltd – Brookvale NSW

We're looking for a confident, commercially minded and highly personable Studio Manager to take ownership of our client experience from the moment a client walks through the door through to their product purchase, while keeping the studio running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on role combining client experience, sales and studio operations. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client, confidently guiding sales conversations and making sure the studio is organised, efficient and ready for every session.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, builds genuine rapport, is confident with sales and thrives on taking ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client experience from arrival through to purchase
• Welcome and care for clients throughout their studio experience
• Conduct sales calls and manage booking through to fulfillment
• Conduct sales consultations and close photography product sales
• Recommend products, upgrades and add-ons
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Open, close and prepare the studio
• Keep the studio clean, organised and fully stocked
• Manage wardrobe, products, props and inventory
• Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, cleaning and maintenance
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business

About you

• You don't need to have worked in photography before, but we're looking for someone with the experience, confidence, initiative and work ethic to take ownership of both the client experience and day-to-day studio operations.

Location: Brookvale, Northern Beaches Sydney
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm, with Mondays working from home and Tuesday–Friday in the studio
Salary: $80-85,000 + superannuation
Commission: Commission on eligible sales you personally generate (potential for up to $10k+ annually for high performers)
Start Date: Immediate
