Job description

This is a hands-on position combining studio operations, customer management, sales, business development and client engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring the studio runs smoothly, coordinating bookings and appointments, managing client communication and actively prospecting for new business. You will be expected to actively contribute to the growth of LensStory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Administrative task of the LensStory studio
• Maintain the studio calendar and production schedule
• Coordinate studio bookings, shoots, meetings and events
• Schedule client appointments and studio tours
• Coordinate with production staff before upcoming shoots
• Ensure the studio is prepared for clients and productions
• Welcome clients, guests and visitors
• Identify and research potential new clients
• Contact prospective clients by phone, email, LinkedIn and social media
