Job summary

Intimately You Boudoir Studio Pty Ltd in Brookvale, NSW is seeking a confident Studio Manager to own the client experience from arrival to purchase, guide sales conversations and ensure the studio runs smoothly.

The role blends client experience, sales and studio operations, requiring initiative, rapport-building and ownership. Hybrid work with some days from home, salary AU$80,000–$85,000 + super, immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and studio management is highly regarded.
• Experience in premium, high-touch or client-focused business is advantageous.
• Reliable, proactive and able to own day-to-day studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience from arrival through to purchase.
• Conduct sales consultations and close photography product sales.
• Open, close and prepare the studio; keep it clean, stocked and organised.
• Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, cleaning and maintenance; ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
