Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software and networks.
• Hands-on videography and video editing experience.
• Familiarity with audio setup and podcast production.
• Ability to independently manage technical and creative responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and manage hardware, software and network issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and office equipment.
• Shoot and edit video content; operate cameras, lighting, and audio.
• Own studio environment, schedule, and content production workflows.
• Run podcast/recording sessions and ensure equipment is ready.
• Keep studio clean and organized; manage inventory.
