St Trinity Property Group is seeking a versatile, hands-on Videographer & Studio Manager to lead studio operations and video production on site in North Strathfield. You will be the go-to for IT support and own the content production setup, blending technical support with creative leadership.

The role requires strong skills in videography, lighting, audio, and post-production, with a demonstrated ability to manage both technical and creative tasks end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting (hardware/software/network basics).
• Hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
• Familiarity with audio setup and podcast production.
• Ability to independently manage both technical and creative responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and office equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly with minimal downtime.
• Manage user access, tools, and system configurations.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure all equipment is operational.
• Shoot and edit video content and podcasts for marketing and internal use.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Handle post-production editing and basic enhancements.
• Ensure content meets quality and branding standards.
• Own and manage the studio environment and schedule.
• Set up and run podcast and video recording sessions.
• Ensure all studio equipment is ready, functional, and organized.
• Maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
