wedded.wonderland in North Strathfield is seeking a versatile Videographer & Studio Manager to run our studio operations, oversee video production, and own our IT systems onsite.

You will be the go-to person for technical support and the creative lead behind content production, with travel and flexible hours as required. This hands-on role requires strong organization, problem solving, and the ability to switch between technical and creative work.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software/network basics.
• Hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
• Familiarity with audio setup and podcast production.
• Ability to independently manage both technical and creative responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and office equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly with minimal downtime.
• Manage user access, tools, and system configurations.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure equipment is operational.
• Shoot and edit video content (marketing, internal, podcasts).
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Handle post-production editing and basic enhancements.
• Ensure content meets quality and branding standards.

About the Role

We are hiring one versatile, hands‑on professional to manage our Studio operations, and video production , IT Systems. This is a onsite role where you will be the go‑to person for all technical support, as well as the owner of our studio and content production setup .

If you enjoy solving IT issues while also working behind the camera and managing a creative space, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support (Primary Function)

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
